With the ZAP CHEF Ice Cream Rolled Lab Set, children can easily make their own ice cream. The ice cream roll plate is cooled in the freezer for 4–6 hours at approx. –10 °C. In the meantime, the ice cream can be prepared according to your own preferences or using the recipes provided. Then pour the liquid ice cream thinly onto the frozen plate, spread it out, scrape it off and spread it out again. In less than a minute, you'll have real ice cream rolls.
